Dog Sweaters For Homeless Dogs
For the second year Robin Gunther hosts a Dog Sweaters Warm Your Heart Party at her home. Volunteers of Baja California Spay Neuter Foundation, BSNF, gather up old fleece and sweaters to transform them into dog sweaters.
Community Volunteers
This event speaks to everything good about giving. Not only the sweaters created for homeless animals, but also the warmth shared through friendship and community. As a result of the community spirit, the event turns into an annual holiday party with lots of laughter and smiles. Most of all, lots of dog sweaters pile up ready for needy dogs. And the receivers of all this love? The homeless dogs in Tijuana Animal Control shelter.
Adopt a Rescue
These efforts warm everyone’s hearts! Community volunteers and especially the least fortunate animals that struggle with the cold in shelters waiting for their chance at a FURever home.
Because of the dedication all year round, the Control Animal Municipal Tijuana continues to improve the conditions of animals in their shelter. Consequently adoption rates are high.
